What differentiates you from your competitors? The company’s employees are constantly engaged in research and development (10% PhDs, 40% doctoral students, 50% master’s degree holders), studying modern methods for solving current problems in the power system. Some of this research has been implemented in the electric networks of Kazakhstan, and projects are also planned for the Central Asian Unified Power System. Several projects are being implemented for international companies, one of which is a Marie-Curie grant (HORIZON).
